Commonly known as Dray pads, Vitapads, Foam pads, Beds.
Dray pads are designed to assist the unloading of heavy items from delivery vehicles by absorbing kinetic energy and minimising bounce. This also results in the reduction of noise damage to containers and property.
The dray pad is made from mulilayered foam and insertion rubber which comes with a tough plastic cover that fastens with velcro to ease replacement. The cover is designed to protect the foam from the elements and to make handling easier.
Dray Pads were designed for use in the brewery and drinks industry but can be suitable for freight depots, industrial plants, and loading bays.
The dray pad can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth soaked in a mild detergent solution.
Replacement covers are available.
We recommend the maximum container size with a large dray pad 500 x 500 x 250 is 22 gallons.
It is advised that a risk assesment should be carried out prior to using this product.
